The Indian government is the largest democracy in the world. The system is a federal republic which means that the power is shared between a national government and various state governments. The two differrent systems have different responsibilities for example national governments have the responsibilities fo protecting the country. India's federal system includes 28 states that vary widely. Several states are been dominated by an ethnic group or religion. The goverment is divided into three branches. When the indias became independent the government worked to improve the economy. To boost the economy The goverment shifted companies for private ownership and foreign invesments encourage to increase the amount of jobs. Farming is one of the most important activities in the economy of India. The agriculture has helped the goverment with the green revolution a series of changes that increase the food production.Movie industry is the biggest activity in its economy.

Pakistan
Pakistan is one of the most populous countries in the world with 160 million people. the population continues to grow rapidly,however the people use the fertile land for subsistence farming by the Indus River Valley in the south. Almost everyone in Pakistan is Muslim. The religion gives the people common bond with each others, but many people come from different ethnic groups,language,territory and identity.
The Pakistani government has been a major role in the economy for the last few years. During the 1970,s the companies were nationalized or were put under government control. In the 1990,s most of the government owned industries were sold to private owners. The government controls certain parts of the economy such as hospitals, banks and transportation. By the nationalization, most of the people in Pakistan are farmers. The farmers plant crops like sugar,wheat,rice and cotton. The growth of cotton cloth and clothing are one of Pakistan,s major exports as well as manufacturing and industry.

Bangladesh is an independent country who has been facing problems with high population and few resources. The people have moved to urban areas to find jobs in factories and workshops. The population is so high that in heavy monsoon season thousands of people die a time. floods cause by the geography of the country create food shortages and drown crops.
The economy in Bangladesh is mostly farming. food exports and clothing are two of the most important exports in Bangladesh. boat breaking is also an important export that consists of using old boats for metals. the country may benefited of having more jobs in the future by recently discovered natural gas reserves and may also boosts the economical power.

Nepal is one of the countries that lies north of India. Nepal people live in rural villages by a 85%. Hinduism is Nepal,s official religion but the people also practice Buddhism. The economy mostly depends on farming but the need of land is disappearing by over-usage and floods on valleys. The economy is increasing by tourism and trade as well as exports of clothing and carpets and imports of gasoline,machinery and consumer goods. Nepal has also suffered politically in recent years. In 2008 pro democratic and communist rebels took down the monarchy that reign there.
Bhutan

the country is located in the mountains close to MT.Everest. By the location in which Bhutan is today travelling to the country is difficult making the country suffer economically. Most of the population lives in rural villages and work in subsistence farming. The roads that link to the country can be used for transportation into the country. the government has made hydroelectric plants to create electricity to aid the people. tourism helps the economy but the government limits the amount of tourists for cultural protection.
